Share our on-of-a-kind space here in the Garden State. Clean white walls, tall ceilings and a touch of industrial allow for multiple uses for any kind of creative.

The light-filled studio with 2 fully opening  accordion doors is ideal for photographers, brand shoots, event florists, those that need an open unique space to host a small event, or creatives that need a space to host workshops. Note the space is limited to a 10 indoor person capacity in compliance with safety regulations due to the pandemic. 

In-house floral design installation or personals available upon request and quoted to the vision. 

Amenities include:

2 work tables on castors, Sonos music, WIFI,  Keurig coffee and tea, free parking lot and free street parking access,  NJ Transit train station 1 block from the space with lines that go in and out of NYC,  large load in + out access via front accordion door. Large center table for meals and meetings, mirror and station with stools for hair and makeup, access to prop wall, walk-in cooler space for floral and/or food refrigeration needs.

We require all renters provide a Certificate of Insurance. Blue Jasmine should be listed as the certificate holder and as additionally insured for general liability .

PHOTOGRAPHY RENTAL

Use of our space for hourly or daily rental. Rentals start at $150 an hour Tuesday – Friday including load in/out on weekdays (please note we have an active flower shop in the back of the space from Tuesday – Friday).  $200 an hour Saturday – Monday.  including load in/out.

WORKSHOPS + SMALL EVENTS

We can comfortably accommodate 15 guests with enough room to spread out and move around. Workshop space rentals begin at $350 for a 3-hour event including load in/out. 

STYLING / EDITORIAL

We love to collaborate with industry creatives and businesses working on their brands, products, and/or services they provide. With that being said, we offer full floral concepts, installations, botanicals, and execution for editorial and commercial photoshoots, campaigns, and professional workshops.  Inquire (form button- include budget line).
